I am a UX designer with engineering background. This design combines IOT technology and AI+ML technology to create a creative online interactive platform based on the pain points and needs of online communication between parents and children in different places. Help parents and adult children adapt to changes in family structure and maintain long-distance relationships.Design approach: Qualitative and quantitative research；Prototyping&Iteration；User testing
In this project, I studied online emotional communication between long-distance adult children and their parents based on the "double diamond model". I am good at user research and gaining valuable insights from it. I am proficient in UX-related design methods and committed to using design to bring happiness.
